OUR FUND RAISERS

Although partially funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage, we raise most of our own operating funds through fund raising.

Please check out our Facebook page for news on our latest Fundraisers, including the weekly winners drawn for our Cash Lottery.

Cash Lottery - Each year we will be selling 200 lottery tickets at a cost of $ 10.00 each. Each ticket will give the holder 8 weekly chances to win $ 100.00 to be drawn in July and August. To purchase a ticket, please contact any staff member or member of the Board of Directors.

Usually, annually there is a quilt that has been sewn by a local artist and quilted at a Bee held on our Heritage Day (the third Tuesday in February). We sell raffle tickets on the quilt throughout the year. The drawing for the quilt takes place at the annual Christmas Party in December. Tickets are available through the Museum.

Be sure to check out our Facebook page and Our Events for dates and times of other events that are being held throughout the year.

We accept refundable recycling containers.
